Disability Enterprise

We have so much going on in the ADE sector at the moment, it has been extremely beneficial to have Alison Reed assist us to review our three year strategy and employ the use of the one page plan. With such complexity in our industry it was refreshing to see the simplicity and power of our business model mapped out visually. It was great to also include our staff and board in the process of reviewing our current business units and gain clarity around what we are doing and review improvements and gain buy-in from staff for potential changes in the future. Digital Media

As a small local radio station in the regions there is a very heavy burden on us to comply with the legislative requirements of ACMA and Alison has greatly assisted our station over the last few years with our digital media and review of our station marketing strategy.
